If you are not satisfied with the response from the Customer Service team, you have the option to file a complaint with the Financial Complaint Board. You can fill out a complaint form at www.fanke.dk or call the Secretariat directly at +45 35 43 63 33.
If you are a business client (B2B), and dissatisfied with Penning'shandling of a case/complaint, the case will typically not be handled by the Financial Complaint Board according to its statutes.
